About Truckbody Jones

TRUCKBODY JONES has been playing their brand of hard drivin' original blues rock 'n roll around southern Maine since the mid nineties, mixing roots music with loud guitars and a huge catalog of great original songs.
Over the years they have been heard on radio stations such as WMPG, WCLZ, WERU, and WBLM.
Their last two albums were recorded with Joe Brien at the controls.
Though very much an original band, they enjoy putting their own spin on covers of their influences that range from Tom Waits, the North Mississippi Allstars, Muddy Waters, to R.L. Burnside and more.

The band is Steve Bailey, guitar, vocals. Al Gingrich, drums, vocals. Brad Davis, bass. Lonnie Selberg, guitar. Although Lonnie has recently gone to France or some such place, Truckbody Jones rolls on and they wish to thank all the good folks who have supported them for so long.
